Victoria​

DIRECTOR & CLINICAL EXERCISE SPECIALIST​
Victoria works as a Clinical Exercise Specialist to manage chronic conditions, illnesses and injuries. Victoria’s experience is vast, varying from MSK and neurological conditions, pre and post operative rehabilitation, and specialises in elderly populations including falls prevention. Victoria aims to help each individual reach their full potential, living life as active as possible. She also places a real emphasis on supporting not only the client, but the family members too, to educate and encourage the client to make the most of their rehabilitation journey and overall health and well-being. Victoria will be there every step of the way to help overcome any barriers along the way.

Sally

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Sally has 13 years of experience working in the health, fitness and well-being sector, both in the NHS and privately. Sally has worked as a personal trainer and in stroke rehabilitation, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation, and is trained in pilates, which she is able to implement into her specialist exercise programmes. Sally is passionate about helping individuals on their own journey to leading happier, healthier and more active lifestyles, and provides clients with the reassurance, confidence and positivity they need.

Barbara

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Barbara has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than 15 years. She has worked as a personal trainer and in rehabilitation with clients with chronic joint pain, arthritis, MSK conditions and traumatic brain injuries (TBI’s). Barbara has a huge passion for table tennis, and boxing and uses these skills where appropriate to improve hand-eye coordination with her clients, particularly those with TBI’S. Through the experience Barbara has gained, she understands that each individual is different and will work with them to find a way to apply different methods to motivate and help clients reach their full potential.

Greg

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Greg believes that for some, being fit and active is a pre-existing factor in their early life while for others it takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Greg didn’t enjoy fitness for a long time, and understands the struggle. However this changed for him in his 20’s when he was involved in an accident which lead to a series of injuries and operations. From here on Greg gained a real passion for seeing what his body was capable of and embraced this. Greg has now turned this passion into a career and works with people to become a healthier, fitter and more active vision of themselves, and enabling people to do things they never thought were possible. Whether that be bending down to pick something up while being pain free, or running a marathon. Greg will be there every step of the way, no matter the goal.

Maise

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Maisie holds a masters degree in Exercise physiology, and had previously worked as a health advisor for BUPA. Maisie’s experience within personal training is vast with a special interest in senior populations and rehabilitation. Maisie works to improve strength, fitness, mobility and confidence and provides a positive approach with a philosophy based around providing education to the client. Maisie works to educate the importance of physical, mental and social benefits that exercise can provide.

Karen

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Karen is a keen personal trainer who encourages movement at all ages and cross all stages of life. After working with clients in general populations, she went on to qualify and specialise in Stroke rehabilitation and put this into practice by taking small group classes for the Stroke Association. Alongside her personal training, Karen also works for a pioneering and award-winning organisation which enables people who face barriers to participation to get involved in a variety of sporting activities in mainstream settings. Karen’s interests and areas of specialism lay within neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s, and aims to help as many people as possible live life to the fullest.

Sandra

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Sandra Shaw is an Exercise Specialist. She has trained and delivered rehabilitation exercise sessions in London Hospitals for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, falls prevention and also heart failure. She has 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Sandra works with groups and individuals with complex long term health conditions .and has gained her experience within the NHS on a consultancy basis. Sandra strives to enable clients to maintain and improve their quality of their lives through exercise.

Amy

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Amy is a Cancer Exercise Specialist, and has worked on two clinical research trials, supporting people living with cancer to improve their physical and emotional well-being. Amy also works within the NHS, delivering exercise guidance to Cardiac Rehabilitation patients. Amy is also a highly experienced Specialist Personal Trainer who supports a wide variety of clients with conditions such as COPD, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s Disease and chronic lower back pain. Amy’s passion is to provide her clients with personalised and enjoyable exercises that help to improve confidence, strength, and quality of life.

Lauren

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Lauren is a personal trainer for those with differing conditions including: musculoskeletal, neurological and oncology. Lauren’s BSc degree in psychology also enables her to understand the deeper factors that contribute to motivation, barriers to exercise and healthy well-being. Lauren uses a combination of Pilates style exercises, alongside strength based training to maximise function and cover all important aspects of health and fitness.

Jamie

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Jamie is a well rounded fitness and wellbeing professional, having worked in the industry since 2007. He supports a wide variety of clientele focusing on several key areas, including; improvements in general fitness, increased cognitive function, rehabilitation and re-building muscle mass/strength. Jamie is also a qualified massage therapist which allows him to also take a hands on approach to those who may benefit from massage therapy, assisted stretching and therapeutic effects. As a Personal Trainer, his focus is progressive and results driven. He holds his clients with high regard, while offering a truly personalised and supportive approach.

Marina

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
With over 10 years of experience, Marina has worked in physiotherapy clinics as a Pilates instructor, training individuals with chronic back pain, recovering from surgery and injury, and ante/post natal clients. Marina also worked as an exercise referral instructor, training individuals with chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and stroke survivors, as well as people experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress.

Julia

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Julia is an exercise rehabilitation specialist who holds her degree in Sport Science and her Honours degree in Biokinetics. Julia’s experience varies from orthopaedic injury rehabilitation to working with chronic, neurological and respiratory conditions through clinical exercise. Julia has had experience with working with individuals who suffer from chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, rheumatoid/ osteoarthritis, spinal injuries, children with cerebral palsy, wheelchair patients and amputees.

Ula

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Ula is a fitness and rehab professional with over 20 years of practitioner experience. She holds a master’s degree in Physical Education and delivers courses on brain and body connections that help students to understand the power of the mind to help choose the optimum path to reach realistic lifestyle goals. Ula specialises in older adults, special needs populations, stroke and cardiac rehab patients. Her passion is to find the right type of exercises for each individual and she believes that everyone can enjoy and benefit from a workout when it’s designed specifically for them.

Rhiannon:

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Rhiannon is a Personal Trainer who has experience as an Exercise Referral Instructor & Service Manager. Helping individuals who suffer from chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Osteoarthritis & Mental Health issues. Rhiannon also delivers a Pre & Postnatal Conditioning Service. She has a supportive and motivational approach to exercise and thrives in knowing she is part of her clients journey to recovery.

Francesca:

PERSONAL TRAINER AND REHABILITATION SPECIALIST ​
Francesca gained her BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, and MSc in Physiotherapy. She has gained valuable experience and qualifications in various exercise and health roles. She is now a Personal Trainer and Respiratory Exercise Referral Specialist, which has allowed her to work with and train clients in various settings, from commercial fitness to specific special populations. Although Francesca has a passion for treating chronic health conditions, with a particular focus on supporting respiratory health and function. This has provided her with extensive NHS experience in treating a range of healthcare areas, such as older adults, community rehabilitation and those with orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
