Ali
Ali is an accredited clinical exercise physiologist at Longevity Health and Fitness. She has experience working with clients from a wide range of clinical backgrounds and has a particular passion working in neurological rehabilitation, balance-specific training, joint rehabilitation and healthy ageing.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Ali has experience working in a large team and values strong collaboration with other healthcare and medical providers. This enables her to deliver a comprehensive, client-centred approach to those she works with. Ali aims to help individuals feel comfortable and confident engaging in exercise, especially those who may be new to it or are returning after some time away. She believes that exercise can be adapted and made appropriate for every individual, and has a strong focus on an individualised approach to ensure her clients can reach their goals while taking their medical history into account.

Qualifications
Having undergone a major knee surgery after a sport-specific injury herself, Ali now has a greater appreciation of the rehabilitation processes, allowing her to help use her own experience to further motivate and educate others.
