For the past seven years, Greg has successfully run a fall prevention class, empowering elderly clients to enhance their balance and confidence, significantly reducing their risk of falls. In September, Greg will launch a Parkinson’s-specific class in collaboration with Reach Your Peak, tailored to support individuals with this condition through targeted movement and mobility exercises. Additionally, he volunteers monthly with the Woking and Weybridge Parkinson’s Association, leading a Parkinson’s class that fosters community and promotes physical resilience. These initiatives reflect Greg’s commitment to improving quality of life through specialised programs and community engagement.
