Netaly
Netaly is a physiotherapist at Longevity Health and Fitness with over 18 years of clinical experience across hospital, community, and private rehabilitation settings. She specialises in neurological rehabilitation, mobility restoration, and exercise-based rehabilitation for people living with complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Netaly works with clients experiencing a wide range of conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, orthopaedic pain, post-surgical deconditioning, and age-related mobility decline.
Earlier in her career, Netaly spent seven years working in a major teaching hospital across neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal outpatient services. This broad clinical background shaped her holistic approach to treatment and deepened her understanding of complex rehabilitation pathways. Since moving to London in 2020, she has continued to provide both clinic-based and home-based rehabilitation, supporting clients with neurological and orthopaedic conditions in the community.
Netaly is particularly passionate about neurological rehabilitation and has extensive experience supporting individuals following stroke, brain injury, neurosurgery, and with progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. She believes exercise should always be tailored to the individual and aims to create rehabilitation programmes that are meaningful, achievable, and empowering for each client.
Alongside her clinical work, Netaly has also been involved in rehabilitation technology and research. She worked as a neuro-physiotherapist within a health technology project developing a remote rehabilitation programme for people with Parkinson’s disease, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and clinical teams, including Imperial College London. This role strengthened her interest in the integration of technology and innovation within neurorehabilitation.
Netaly is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies and maintain independence through movement. She is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred rehabilitation that supports long-term health, function, and wellbeing.
