They have also supported elite performers and athletes, serving as Resident Physiotherapist on Matilda the Musical, Moulin Rouge, and Priscilla the Party! and others, and currently hold the role of Lead Physiotherapist for Team Bermuda at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Outside of clinical practice, Patience has been actively involved in community and sporting initiatives, including delivering Sight Loss Awareness & Guide Running sessions through  England Athletics. Specialised exercise for health conditions and well-being

Your health today doesn’t have to limit your tomorrow. Our clinical exercise programs are tailored to support you, considering any health challenges or considerations you may have.

“I found Longevity by chance when looking for an exercise professional who could understand the needs of my husband. He had a stroke many years ago, has mobility limitations and overall osteoarthritis. He was becoming less and less active and I needed to find the right person to gently motivate and push him. It has made such a difference to his strength and stamina and is allowing him to maintain more independence. I couldn’t recommend Longevity enough!”
