Josh
Josh is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Longevity Health and Fitness. He works with clients managing a range of health conditions, with a particular focus on neurological rehabilitation, weight management, improving strength and mobility, and active ageing.
Josh supports individuals living with chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and cancer. He specialises in designing evidence-based exercise programs that help improve strength, mobility, and confidence, particularly for clients aged 50 and over. His approach is tailored and client-centred, underpinned by the belief that movement is medicine.
With experience across both community and clinical settings, Josh works collaboratively with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation. He uses a variety of modalities in his work, including resistance training, balance work, and aerobic conditioning, with specifics tailored to each client’s needs, abilities, and goals

Beyond his clinical practice, Josh is passionate about health education and community engagement. He runs a football club specifically for overweight men, providing a supportive and active environment for improving fitness. He also delivers educational presentations for individuals with prediabetes, offers one-to-one coaching for sustainable weight loss, and has previously worked as a health coach supporting long-term behaviour change.
Josh is passionate about empowering people to regain control of their health through movement. His goal is to support clients in feeling stronger, more independent and more confident in their bodies to be able to do the things they love.
