Ula

Ula is a clinical exercise trainer at Longevity Health and Fitness. She works with clients supporting them through a wide range of health conditions with a particular focus on regaining function due to neurological conditions and ageing.

Ula has been a fitness professional for over 25 years, gaining multiple qualifications to assist people with various conditions. She specialises in:

  • Functional movement after stroke
  • Strength training for older adults
  • Balance training through postural stability
  • Exercise for diabetes and post-cardiac events

Ula believes in the importance of movement for physical health. She recognises that individuals have different approaches and abilities, and her sessions are designed to meet diverse needs.

Ula holds a master’s degree in physical education and has extensive experience working with diverse populations. She has trained children, athletes, and those relearning to walk. Ula is empathetic and prioritises your wellbeing in each session.

She has delivered Cardiac Rehab classes, Postural Stability Classes (both chair and water-based), small group training for Exercise Prescription Programmes, and general fitness classes like Indoor Cycling, Body Conditioning, Aquafit, and Aerobics.

Passionate about fitness, Ula has organised charity fitness events and run a Fitness Training Academy for YMCA in London, sharing her expertise with future generations.

Ula is a dedicated Fitness Professional whose mission is to support others through movement, exercise, and motivation. The greatest reward for her is witnessing her clients achieve both significant and minor milestones.
