If you or your loved one are struggling with any of the following: strength, mobility, balance, or recovering from an injury or illness, clinical exercise can help improve their overall health and fitness, wellbeing, reduce the risk of falls, and maintain independence. We offer a tailored approach to ensure this is safe and effective for you/them.

We understand that many people may feel hesitant or are resistant about starting an exercise programme, especially if they have had negative experiences before. Our approach can be gentle, supportive, and tailored to their abilities. We focus on making movements relevant to their daily life, which helps build confidence and motivation. We will also consider any hobbies, interests or anything else that may help build rapport to help trust in the process.

While physiotherapy focuses on initial rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, clinical exercise is designed for long-term management of different conditions or consideration to help with: strength, mobility, and balance improvements. Our services complement our physiotherapy services and help individuals maintain progress once initial physiotherapy sessions have ended.

Yes, family members and carers are welcome to be present during sessions if it makes the client feel more comfortable. This can also help you understand the exercises and support them in their progress between exercise sessions.

We offer home visits across London, Surrey and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch.

No, not at all. Our sessions are designed to be adaptable, and we can work in small spaces. We use functional exercises that fit within your home environment, ensuring they are practical for daily activities. If needed, we can suggest simple ways to optimise the space for safe movement.

No, there’s not a set number of sessions required. We recommend a 12-week timeframe to see key improvements in strength, mobility, balance, and exercise tolerance. This allows for meaningful progress while providing education and home exercises for long-term benefits. Many clients continue beyond this to maintain results and slow natural decline, but there’s no obligation to commit long-term.
