This is where we begin. We’ll review your medical history, assess your current fitness levels and movement, and discuss your goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised exercise plan tailored to your needs.
Your plan will be delivered through one-to-one sessions and supported with home exercises. This combined approach provides structure, maintains progress and encourages accountability between sessions.
Your exercise practitioner will guide you through structured one-to-one sessions targeting all key areas of your fitness. Each session is adapted to how you’re feeling on the day and can be adjusted for symptoms, injuries or other health considerations.
