Success stories

Mohammed began working with us shortly after experiencing a stroke, and the main challenge was reduced mobility on the left side of his body, significantly impacting his independence.

Training took place weekly with 1-1 sessions, and over the course of four months, meaningful progress was made in both strength and functional movement. He is now able to go for assisted walks outdoors. He is also using the stairs with support, marking a significant improvement in his day-to-day independence and feeling noticeably stronger and more capable in his movements.

Yvonne, in her 60s, came to us looking for support with osteoarthritis, which was primarily affecting her knee and shoulder.

Training was delivered through weekly 1-1 sessions, supported by a structured home exercise plan completed 2–3 times per week. Sessions focused on building lower-body strength, improving balance, and developing safe and controlled weight-bearing movements to support gait and stability. Upper body mobility work was also included, with particular attention given to improving shoulder movement and reducing discomfort.

Raman

Rati is an exceptionally good trainer in every way.

She always starts with a warm-up session at the beginning and ends with some stretching, and all her exercises are extremely well thought out and beneficial.
As well as being highly professional, Rati is also a delightfully pleasant, friendly and calm presence.
