Sandra
Sandra is a Clinical Exercise Specialist at Longevity Health and Fitness, working with clients across South-East London. With more than 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she has supported people of all ages in both hospital and community settings, delivering rehabilitation exercise programmes that improve long-term health and wellbeing.
Her extensive background includes leading cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation in London hospitals, running falls-prevention classes, and supporting people living with heart failure. She has also delivered specialist osteoporosis programmes through a UK charity, helping clients improve bone health, reduce fracture risk, and stay active with confidence.
Sandra has developed particular expertise in neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, where she designs and delivers tailored exercise interventions to support mobility, balance, and long-term symptom management. She also works with individuals with complex health conditions on a consultancy basis, bringing her NHS experience into a private, client-centred environment.
Sandra’s approach focuses on accountability, motivation, and structured exercise plans that enable clients to maintain and improve quality of life. She believes in adapting exercise to every individual’s needs and works closely with clients to ensure their programmes are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
