Jamie
Jamie is a clinical exercise trainer with extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation. Working on a mobile basis, he specialises in creating individualised exercise programs for clients managing a wide range of neurological conditions.
Jamie has developed and implemented bespoke exercise programs for clients with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), dementia, stroke, MND, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. His approach is highly collaborative, as He often works closely with multidisciplinary teams of professionals, including case managers, neurologists, neuropsychologists, neuro-physiotherapists, Optometrists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
He assesses each client's unique functional abilities, establishes realistic and achievable goals, and closely monitors their progress. He'll utilise various exercise modalities, such as resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, balance training, and cognitive exercises, to help clients achieve an optimal outcome.

Jamie is also an experienced sports massage therapist and has worked with diverse clientele, including the London Australian Football League teams, looking after 300+ members, running his own practice. His background in sports massage therapy complements his clinical work, offering a holistic approach to well-being and recovery.
Jamie's passion lies in empowering clients to regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored and effective proven exercise solutions. He is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their health challenges and reach their full potential.
