Lin came to us ready to get strong again after finishing her breast cancer treatment and having a mastectomy. She just wanted to feel stronger, but she had big hurdles to jump. Her upper body movement was limited, she had to be careful about lymphedema, and we urgently needed to improve her Bone Mineral Density (BMD), which often takes a hit from cancer treatments.

We put together a routine that was personalised to her needs. We started with careful, pain-free exercises to bring back her shoulder and chest mobility, creating a safe base. At the same time, we focused on loading the lower body, with weighted squats and gentle impact moves. This approach was key to stimulating the bone growth she needed for long-term health without putting any strain on the surgical area or increasing her lymphedema risk.

This steady approach paid off. Lin was able to regain muscle, and she found a deep trust in her body again, leaving the physical and emotional stress of treatment behind. Her mobility is better, she feels stronger in her everyday life, and she now manages a tailored exercise routine with confidence.
