Felicity initially came to us to build her strength and maintain her independence at home. Her goals shifted when she was diagnosed with cancer, changing her journey from a physical one to one that was more holistic and supportive.
Our program was immediately tailored to her changing needs. We provided emotional support and guidance to help her prepare for surgery and understand the steps ahead.
Through her treatment, we adjusted each session to her energy levels. On days when she was fatigued, we focused on seated exercises and balance work. On days when she felt better, we increased the intensity, building her strength and tolerance in a standing position. We also used our sessions to help her manage stress and anxiety about her treatment plan.
