Joe
Joe is a Rehabilitation Specialist and well-being personal trainer at Longevity Health and Fitness. He works with clients managing a range of conditions, with a focus on joint pain, neurological rehabilitation, and exercise for older adults. His approach combines functional movement, evidence-based training, and client education to support long-term health and independence.
Joe has experience supporting clients with osteoarthritis, Parkinson’s, spinal conditions, hypertension, obesity, and recovery following hip and knee replacements. At Nuffield Health, he runs the Joint Pain Programme, delivering structured, progressive exercise and lifestyle coaching for individuals with chronic joint pain. He focuses on helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and understand the “why” behind each part of their programme.
His clinical background also includes one-to-one work in Solent University’s exercise referral clinic and stroke rehabilitation at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Joe completed the prestigious GIFT Fellowship at the Gray Institute, where he deepened his expertise in human biomechanics. He now applies this to create practical, adaptable programmes tailored to each client’s real-world needs.
Joe is passionate about helping people regain control over their health through movement and knowledge. His goal is to make rehabilitation personal, empowering, and effective for everyone he works with.
