Dennile

Dennile is a clinical exercise trainer at Longevity Health and Fitness. As a health and fitness coach, she works with clients navigating a wide range of health conditions, with a particular focus on body weight, functional movement, injury recovery, and building strength through mindful practices. Dennile draws on her expertise in strength & mobility training, nervous system regulation & Animal Flow to help clients feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies – both in daily life and long-term health.

Dennile has worked with a diverse range of clients, often supporting those managing weight loss goals, musculoskeletal injuries, anxiety-related conditions, age-related changes, as well as some cases of chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia. She especially enjoys working with people who are looking to better their performance and explore what their bodies are truly capable of – whether that’s learning new skills, increasing body weight strength, or moving in ways that feel both grounding and empowering.

The approach Dennile takes to exercise prescription is holistic and highly individualised. She blends strength training, mobility work, and bodyweight movement practices to support joint health, nervous system regulation, and overall resilience. With a strong emphasis on coordination, balance, and breath-led movement, particularly for clients recovering from injury or those rebuilding confidence in their bodies after periods of inactivity or health setbacks. Her background also includes delivering balance and strength-based fitness classes for older adults with Age UK, where she supported participants in improving confidence, independence, and functional movement in later life. Across all settings, she aims to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore movement, challenge themselves, and celebrate progress, however small it may seem.

Alongside Dennile’s coaching practice, she has developed a deep interest in understanding how different health conditions affect movement, recovery, and performance. Through working closely with clients managing a range of conditions, including diabetes, scoliosis, stoma care, fibromyalgia, PCOS, endometriosis, bulimia, ADHD, and arthritis, with an investigative approach, collecting client data, observing patterns, and refining strategies based on lived experience and feedback. This hands-on research has allowed Dennile to build a growing knowledge base around symptom management, lifestyle considerations, and how to adapt training to meet the unique needs of each individual. It’s helped shape a more compassionate and nuanced approach to coaching, where every program is informed by both clinical understanding and real-world insight.

Dennile is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, explore their true physical potential, and build long-term resilience through mindful, skill-based movement. By meeting clients where they’re at both physically and emotionally, she supports them in improving their health, confidence, and overall quality of life in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.

“I found Longevity by chance when looking for an exercise professional who could understand the needs of my husband. He had a stroke many years ago, has mobility limitations and overall osteoarthritis. He was becoming less and less active and I needed to find the right person to gently motivate and push him. It has made such a difference to his strength and stamina and is allowing him to maintain more independence. I couldn’t recommend Longevity enough!”
